May 2022 – Groundbreaking, Denver Academy Performing Arts Center

Denver, CO – On May 18, 2022, JHL, Anser Advisory, and Clutch Design Studio joined Denver Academy’s (DA) faculty, Board of Trustees, students and International Thespian Honor Society for the groundbreaking of their new Performing Arts Center!

Designed by Clutch, this new addition will feature a theater for over 200 people, a black-box theater doubling as a classroom, a stage-craft room, and more. Inspired by warm lighting, rhythmic movements, and inspirational talent, the center will be ready to welcome DA thespians to the stage in 2023.

JHL has worked on this beautiful campus for nearly two decades. Throughout the years, JHL has built the new high school, upgraded the campus infrastructure, built new parking, and renovated the administration building, specials building, elementary school building, middle school building, library, and gymnasium, and most recently, the 25,000 SF athletics facility which was completed in 2019.
