July 2022 – Ribbon Cutting, Global Village Academy Northglenn

Thornton, CO – On Saturday, July 23, Global Village Academy Northglenn (GVAN) celebrated the grand opening of its new K-8 bilingual charter school. Representatives of JHL, Diversified Consulting Solutions, Choice Advisors, and DLR Group joined the ribbon cutting alongside faculty, students, parents, staff, and community members of GVAN.

“Building for the Colorado community is the foundation of JHL,” says Sr. Project Manager, James Torres. “Working with such a great team is how we get to such great outcomes, and we were honored to deliver such a beautiful and impactful building.”

The new 68,000 SF school, with room for 850 students, includes classrooms, art rooms, a technology lab, music room, library, and administrative spaces. Since 2011, GVAN has cultivated a community that supports and values diverse cultures and education innovation. Students immerse themselves in international studies and global perspectives and become fluent in English and a second language of their choice.
