March 2022 – Groundbreaking, Crossing Pointe South
Thornton, CO – JHL announced the groundbreaking for Maiker Housing Partner’s project: Crossing Pointe South. The new community will serve low- and moderate-income families in Adams County. The multi-generational project will include 142 units in two, 4-story buildings at 104th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. This impactful project is expected to be complete in late 2022.
