October 2023 – New Project Awarded, 27J School District’s Middle School #6
Thornton, CO – JHL Constructors has been selected to provide CM/GC services for the construction of 27J School District’s Middle School #6. This marks a significant step forward for the district as it continues to expand and enhance its educational facilities.
Located on a 25-acre site at the intersection of East 152nd Avenue and Holly Street, MS #6 is set to accommodate 825 students in grades 6-8. Designed by Larson Incitti Architects (LIA), this two-story facility features modern classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, an efficient administration area, a spacious gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, athletic fields, right-of way improvement, and more.
